Eric, its something I dont get either...I've been changing way to many everyday for way too long now, and I frankly see nothing erotic or exciting about it....Ive had enough of diapers and poop to forever be put off by diaper play along with scat and even watersports. Ive been peed on, pooped on, thrown up on, and bled on way to much to want to go out and incorporate any of those things into my sex life. But hey, I guess for some its what gets their rocks off...hopefully some of them will respond and we can all learn the "why's" behind it...Im sure they are many.

There are people who are attracted to the world of BDSM who are not into B/D or D/s or S/M - these include those whose kink is CP (Corporal Punishment) and Fetish (which is NOT just a name for a fashion trend). We sometimes wonder why we look at each other with blank incomprehension, but is it surprising, when 5 such different kinks all get lumped together under one heading? Sometimes there is overlap, sometimes there is not. To get the most out of our wonderful world, it really pays to get a better understanding of what all these things are about. You don't need to like them, but it makes life so much more interesting.....

This is a big part of my husband's fetish and having a sense of community is so important to him that he organizes and has a monthly munch of like-interested people.

It may not be my thing but as long as it is consensual, between adults, and both/all are happy, how it is any different than any other kink?

Yuck!!!For those that need them,diapers or nappies as we call them here,and that means those who have not yet learned to cater for their toilet needs,no problem,a necessity,a part of life and it seems our continuance.

But for those adults that enjoy the diaper/napper fetish,good luck to them,who am I to judge,but not for me.I can see no interest whatsoever.

Notice the word fetish in the 2nd sentence?

The whole reason for this it is something that is just foreign to me.  Since it would be rather rude of me and in poor manners to just start saying to people: Excuse me but can you tell me why you like to sit around with a diaper on your ass and not go to the bathroom.  I thought id make a topic and just maybe someone would read this and explain to me from thier point of view.  Now a couple of people have make some small jokes if someone cant stand a joke or two i suggest you go back to reading  dick and jane books.

For us, its the dependancy. The powerlessness of him to refuse me, the humiliation of not being able to or allowed to use the restroom like an adult. It isnt a constant thing, but it is one we enjoy. I dont enjoy it with any of my others, and wouldnt consider it with them. However it works well with Angel and I.

There's a lot more to a diaper  fetish than changing the diaper.
There is love , humiliation, tenderness, ritual..an establishment of acceptence.,and
very clear  boundries.
It is re-creating a relationship that we all have passed through.
Simple.
It is an act of "tending to"..
A remembrance of when we were loved for who we were,and no one expected anything more of us than a smile or giggle.
That's a very powerful draw, dont you think?

Diaper play can be fun and I don't see any link between having done them for UM's.. it's entirely different and I have been there.

I used to take my former submissive out to dinner in a diaper. After a few beer, he would not be allowed to go to the washroom but would have to pee at the table.. all the while hoping like hell he hadn't leaked out the side LOL

Also, sending him to buy Depends at the drug store was humiliating for him. Especially if you have to ask the clerk if they think the Depends are the right size. :)

He got off on the humiliation and I got off on the control. Not to mention it was a great laugh :)

Well said tammyjo - as long as it is consensual and all involved are willing and able - then go for it.

What I like is that most of the bdsm community accept Wwe are all different even though some of these things are not out kink.
