I've met a number of people through collarme.com. Two female subs, both turned out to be incompatible and somewhat mental, neither of which I speak to anymore.
One femsub who is part of a M/f couple, who is also a friend of a friend from RT, who is still a friend and I think I will be enjoying a long friendship with her.
One houseboy who I no longer speak to, one potential houseboy who met the woman of his dreams 2 weeks after meeting me in person - I speak to him on e-mail from time to time.
Lots of one up meetings of male subs that never wrote again after meeting face to face, some male subs that were play partners for one or two sessions that drop me a note from time to time, and my current potential submissive.

I met M through b.com 3 or 4 years ago and we are still together.

Sometimes it pays just to chat with someone with whom you think may not be the right person.  I did, and we had the most incredible connnection, deeply, almost immediately.  I could not ask for a better Master though we started out with huge differences in experiences and length of time in the lifestyle.  He is incredible.

I have met two, and have formed phone/online friendships with others....one that I met I collared and she lived in My household for 8 months and it didn't work out, the other one I met (dawntreader) is a lovely woman and one that I look forward to visiting with us again, hopefully many times.  I cherish the friendship I have made with GoddessDustyGold, and though I haven't talked with Loki in some time, cherished that one also.  Diurnal Vampire has some great insights, and well, the "powers that be" and all of the mods here I have had the pleasure to speak with are some VERY special people.  Gheez, there are so many more...mnottertail, LAM, I have to stop now, although there are more to mention.  There are some people on this site and/or these boards that definitely ROCK!!!

I met my slave/wife here on Collarme and we just celebrated our 2nd year of marriage. We have met some great couples such as Mercnbeth among others on here as well.

I met a few people through this site.
I am still in contact with some by email/IM
One is a play friend I met 6 months ago.
One is a friend I met 4 months ago.
One is my live in sub I met 3 months ago.

Both my play friend and my live in were met by perusing the profiles for those I thought I might like

I met my Master here.  He contacted me and there hasn't been a day since that we haven't talked.  It quickly moved from online to phone convos and within 6 weeks I traveled 800 miles to spend a week with Him.  As soon as it was possible for me to do so, I moved that distance to live with Him.  We have been together as Master and slave just shy of 15 months now and it has been bliss.  We planned to be married next month but due to some weird schedule changes at His job, it has had to be moved to this fall.  We're going to go back to my home state to be married in the church I attended with all my family and friends present.  We can't wait[:D].  I am so thankful for CollarMe because, without it, Master and I wouldn't be together.  It's been a true Cinderella story.....................luci

i have met many from here but most  it never progressed past an initial meeting due to chemistry. There is one man who i met and used to see regularly from here from Palos Verdes but i knew it wouldn't be more than it was because of his circumstances but i still  see as a friend and sounding board.  We still talk on the phone three or more times a week. A few other i still keep in contact with via email too as we liked each other but knew the right chemistry wasn't there...The special one in my life i actually met at match.com...go figure!  ha ha

I've only met two people in person from this site.  One is a guy I played with casually for a short time, and the second one I have been with since November of 2005.

What about people met via profile perusing,can anyone report any success?

My own experiences,those I have met through here on a purely friendship basis,I have got to say,what wonderful people,true,down to earth,real people in my mind.You that peruse these forums,known to me,smile to yourself,I value you greatly.



I have met several people since joining in Nov. 2004
And should mention continue to meet people...love this site [:D]

I still have contact with the first person I met here.
Which was right after I joined.
Not all of them were a match(as can be expected) so W/we have moved on.
Some ended up being friends and W/we still chat.
I'm not looking for love and have found what I seek.
I feel quite lucky no matter how it turns out when I meet someone.

There are a few that I wish did not live so dang far away.
I know you know who you are [;)]

I have yet to meet anyone because of my involvement on collarme.  But I know many in real time.  The meetings just weren't because of CM.

Which is not the case over on Literotica.  I've met several people from Lit.  And Alt too for that matter.  Seems some of them are more willing to get out from behind the computers and get involved in their BDSM communities...
