Luckily for everybody, real fetishists are incredibly rare.

I'd also say that the few fetishists who are out there always have problems getting their needs and desires met. How many women, for example, want to form any type of relationship at all with a man whose sole sexual interest is masturbating in her hair? Or one whose entire sexual desire is focused on her shoes?
