Since CM does not allow us to do this sort of rating here, you could make up your own site and offer it to people.
You also could put a note in your profile that you have found a few phonies or a few predators in ________ state, and if anyone is interested in talking to you about this they can e-mail you.
There have been sites where established members would routinely give newbies a "Newbie Packet" by request, and this could include a list of people to be careful about. This was on the pre-1999 prodigy system, which no longer exists. There I also saw posts of incidents involving predators and involving people one should be careful about such as liars, drunks, mentally ill, con artists, etc.
I have talked to people who survived meetings with predators who were killers either through luck or through taking precautions such as safe calls.
A dear friend had a dominant who lied about his HIV status and tried to "take her with him". She has been living with that disease for many years now, and will share her story willingly. She feels if one person heeds her story and takes safety precautions, the pain of going over it again is worth it.
We can not post names and addresses and phone numbers here on CM, but we can connect with people and then share information elsewhere.
Yes there are "bashings" between people due to misunderstandings, break-ups, jealousy and similar reasons. There also really are some "sharks" in the gene pool.
