I would imagine that a naked submissive's ass spray painted with 'WELCOME' might offend some of my more vanilla company.

The whole trampling thing does nothing for me sadistically speaking... and I can think of a lot more amusing or functional ways to humiliate someone than having him pose as carpet. I'd rather he clean the floor than be the floor. Though polite sub, you may be onto something with the floor tile thing.
