it's a conundrum; criminal records and credit reports, as well as other handy dandy information, is generally maintained on a database by social security number. sometimes y/you can use past addresses, etc., but Y/you don't get far. i do understand the worry over identity theft, which is why i suggested the subject of the investigation obtain his or her own records and black out the ssn before handing them over. i thought the questionarie was funny in part because i have dated most/all men with these problems..in my life "before"...and they are still here. i have spoken to "Doms" in their 50's handling a varierty of law suits (in which they were defendants) and this is not my idea of having one's life under control. yes, a person could have one suit...maybe two...and could be unemployed...but when more and more drama emerges i begin to get that familiar feeling that says "run!". the idea of relying on 3rd party verification before moving someone into Y/your home or perhaps even meeting them does not seem "paranoid" to me..for either men or women. i know it seems cold and unromantic and distrusting, but i have heard such horror stories..and i have never heard of A/anyone made whole...just that T/they were thrilled to see the person gone. i suppose Y/you have to decide what level of risk Y/you feel comfortable with; but if Y/you would not share Y/your SSN, why would Y/you consider giving someone keys to Y/your home? i still cannot believe no one has an addition to the questionaire, LOL. (BTW, i would never use it; but i sure wish i had the nerve.) in all events, i wish E/everyone searching many blessings and great joy. fillepink p.s. i do sorta see where Y/you over and over gets to be hard to read. my apologies.
