My favorite mind game is to prey on the sub's imagination. Create a shopping list of things to be used in play, and some things not, and send them to buy them.
Another great thing for mind games are blindfolds and hoods. Blindfold the sub, and then quit talking to them. Make suspicious noises, like open and closing the door, or loud crashes as if you are moving something massive. Intersperse this with long periods of silence. Play with sensation during this. Subtle things like feathers mixed with more severe things like cattle prods.
Give them complicated rules for a scene. When you hit the left cheek, they say "ow". When you hit the right they say "yeah". If you touch their nose, they have to roll over, unless you are also touching their ear. Things like that.
You can let them top from the bottom a bit. Assemble a variety of tools, and make them ask for a specific tool. "Please hit me with the cane". Follow their directions for a while to lull them, and then switch it up. Making them ask for something can be pretty good mental play.
Remember the brain is the biggest erogenous zone.
