What was your embarrassing/funny moment that happened during a particular scene?

I have two really good ones. One was the first time I tried knife play. For whatever reason, the knifes weren't only erotic but ticklish as hell! I couldn't stop giggling. So I'm being Topped by this Bitch Goddess in leather and I'm crying with laughter! It was all she could do to keep the scene going. Afterwards she told me that she's been playing for years and never had that reaction from a bottom. I feel special.

The second story is much more... involved. Let's just say, outdoor sex + dildos + a cute crossdresser boyfriend gives the neighbors a pretty damn interesting story to tell to their friends.

I haven't had any embarassing scene moments yet but there was this time that my brother-in-law came up to watch our TV and accidently leaned on the VCR remote with his elbow. It turns out that my husband had forgotten to remove the naughty movie we'd been watching the night before and return it to its case. Worse, we'd turned the movie off right in the middle of a close up of a double penetration scene. Why oh why couldn't we have paused it during one of the terrible dialogue scenes?

Oh, and there was the time we broke the headboard of our hotel bed. I ended up pulling the screws right out of the wall. Oops.

It didn't happen but at first it was a concern.
With V-Shape collars, having the metal part at the point busting my lip, breaking my nose, and giving me a black eye.

I do remember one time when I had the hot scented wax ready to go. Unfortunatly, the flowery scent attracted ants making pet more than just my yummie dessert. Luckily we caught them in time so that she didn't get bitten. But oie, talk about something that could have really upset the mood of things.
