Hi...i was just wondering if someone could tell me how i can change my settings so that i don't get emails everytime someone leaves a message for me here. My junk mail box is packed! Thanks, beth.

If you are referring to you CM email, cant help you there....

BUT

If you are referring to your external email box....
1. click on settings
2. unclick Send News & Updates

OR
Go to
My profile under the Forums (upper right hand corner of the forums homepage)
and unclick/clck on whatever preference you like.
The email address you indicated in "My Profile" receives all responses you may consider junk mail.

Hi bethontario,

I can help if your question is related to messages from CM that are sent to your external mail account whenever someone responds to your profile.

  • Click on the "Read Mail" button on the left navigation pane.
  • Click on the "Mail Controls" button that appears at the top right side of the mail applet.
  • Remove the check in the box that appears in front of "Send notification email for new messages."
  • Select "Save Changes."


Your junk mailbox should then get some relief.
