Possession is 9/10ths of the law. If they started out with an angry phone call, instead of an apology and hoping to win you over with kindness, I would tell them to go tell it on the mountain...just for principle's sake. I don't know the difference between what you ordered and what you got, in monetary value. After, all it was their mistake. But if they changed their attitude, and expected no effort on your part, meaning expenses, maybe even time. I might consider returning it. But come on, don't come in like a bull in a china shop. Demanding payment, is over the top ! Sounds like a scam preying on people's guilt quotient.
