A) How exactly is your business going to change that? The only way to change is to become a court offical.
B) Yes it really is that way. Nowadays just about any male doctor working with a female patient takes a female nurse in with him so that it's not "his word against hers" in case she decides he touched her sexually. It gets pretty tricky in the breast cancer field where, OMG, the doctor has to actually touch the breast!

Bottom line: You have no idea who is going to sue like that and who isn't because they won't tell you. And really, this isn't off-topic as it does very much pertain to the OP - running a business with submissives. Off-topic is when we start talking about wine and cheese. [:)]

The courts run and ruin the lives of inoccent people who are not court officials. So not only can you change it by not being a court official, but you should.
How do you figure a court official would change the courts? They are just employees with just as much influence as a regular person.
For example if i make enough money i very much would like to find a college that would offer a white male scholarship and i would pay for it. Would i get sued? You can bet your life i will get a shit load of lawsuites against me. Why would i do this? B/c i am sick of the god damn racists. I know it is racists but that is my point we have black scholarships and hispanic ones.

Bottom line is you can have an idea who will sue, you just cannot be sure they won't. Also i am talking about a small business in my area. So lets stop talking about large business like it is the same, and  like every area has the same exact people.

Damn, to think i actually considered the original post for only a min. Even just thinking about it for a min has got to make me an idiot. So i will apologize for the original post because it is an extremely bad and stupid idea.[sm=ofcourse.gif]

Don't take the above wrong. I still stand next to the rest of my posts. [:D]

You asked for advice, and you got sincere advice from several people. Now you're spending your time arguing about it and finding ways to justify your views. Well ok, why did you bother to ask a random sampling of people for business advice if you really wanted a moral debate?

Now you've added a park, I see, to your business plan for an animal rescue/groomer/pet daycare service. It's getting harder and harder to take this seriously, and your small business loan officer would agree.

So, if you're going to ignore all advice, then I have new suggestions:

Don't ask questions. Do whatever you want, with whomever you want, in any way you imagine it will be most fun. When nobody will give you a business loan, blame them for being racist (don't forget a good whine about Blacks and Hispanics being eligible for loans you're not able to apply for). When your employees--if you manage to attract any or actually get a business off the ground--walk away because it's simply too much fun for them to be told that they've got nice tits at work, blame them for being too narrow minded to take it as a compliment. Rant a little about who's ruining the world, and you'll be well on your way.

How about merely hiring for volunteer positions.  Maybe many submissives are in a bad situation and need room/board etc and while they are there they could learn some jobskills as well.

Such an arrangement is akin to a Super/tennant agreement.  You can arrange for allowance for work well done I assume. This would avoid some of the legalities of an actual job-hire situation.

Having farmed some of my life, I have the skills already so...

could I volunteer? LOL

major red flags all over the place from a legal pov

hope you have a very good and wise legal team on speed dial when the backlash of your business hits the fan with the community,

Ah, youthful idealism and wanting to make the world a better place for the disenfranchised among us!  I mean, those under-privileged, middle-class, white, men--they are SO oppressed.  (Since we already have many programs for poor people of ALL ilks and stripes, I assume you aren't aiming your scholarship dollars there.)  Those middle-class white guys have had to grow up in a society where they had parents who were educated, which means they knew how to prepare their kids for college.  They probably had money for SAT prep.  Probably didn't see any of their friends killed in front of them.  Probably didn't have to worry about getting enough to eat, or getting to see a doctor.  Had to live in a world where they 'only' make 30% more than women doing similar work!  Had to live in a world where a person of color who works twice as hard can now challenge him and his sense of entitlement.

You know, I dream of a society where someday a white man could ascend to the highest realms, maybe even be a CEO of a company or a senator or president of the US!  I mean how dare we have A black senator?  Or 16 women?  They only make up 12% and 52% of the population, respectively.  And yet white men make up an entire 39% of the population and only have 83 of the Senate Seats!!!  It would really be something if we could help these downtrodden, wouldn't it?  I'm glad to know you are working to help make the possible!

(Oh, and while you don’t think you’ll learn anything in college, and frankly, you’re probably right—you don’t seem mature enough to learn anything.  But just in case you do, I would make sure you don’t post anything like this in any forum that can be linked to your name.)

Interesting topic, in my line of work I need to hire people who can use forum, etc. software. Some of the folks here are pretty good at it-I also post job adds on other social networking type sites. I guess posting them here might not be a good idea due to the specific nature of the site...though I sure could use a 'Secretary':-).

LadyPact -> RE: Employment of a sub/slave (8/9/2007 11:19:54 AM)

The only comment that I have on any of this is, one can not predict who would bring a future, potential lawsuit.  The truth of the matter is, when someone is scorned, they do a lot of things you didn't think they would do when you met them.  You might be surprised who has a vindictive streak after they feel they have been wronged.

came4U -> RE: Employment of a sub/slave (8/9/2007 11:36:34 AM)

I think the OP should just not try to mix business with pleasure and hire staff to do just that-WORK.  Obviously you have never had to work above, near or under someone you are sleeping with.  It can cause more problems without actual 'commitments' such as a valid marriage certificate or cohabitation agreement. It is and should be left to the mature minded.

Or are you merely seeking a way to find cheap labour? A submissive would work all day in kennels/stables and you expect their reward is a lil bit of allowance/payment plus your dominance?  lol, tired, worn out girls are in no hurry at the end of the day to be dominated by a man/boss even IF after managing such a business you even had the energy for such 'play'.

Stick to work and rake in profits and leave the employees to work and be paid accurate rates for your area. IF and when you find a submissive gal, let her vollunteer in the joint, but anything more than that would only complicate everyone's livelyhood (legally and morally).
