I think you have two issues:
1) People are being rude to you and taking advantage of you.
This is unfortunate. I'm sorry people are being rude to you. You might try to develop some strategies for ending conversations with impolite people. As for people taking advantage of you, perhaps you could learn to be more critical and shrewd--to look at situations and ask whether they're situations you want, and think about whether you'll get what you want.
2) You're not finding a compatible mistress.
That's unfortunate too. That happens, too, and this isn't something unjust, although it's certainly sensible to be sad about it. Desiring something is no guarantee that you will find someone to fulfill your desires. You could think about portraying yourself in a more flattering light, and you could think about relaxing some of your criteria--if, for example, you've been looking for women within a thirty minute drive, look within an hour-long drive. If you've been looking for women who are very canonically attractive, you might consider accepting a few "flaws". I don't know what your criteria are, but I'm sure you have them, and relaxing or sacrificing some would allow a larger "pool" for your search which would give you better odds.
