When a COWARD LIKE GEORGE W. BUSH HIDES FROM COMBAT WHILE OTHERS DIE, it goes right to the core of their character.

When they're given a place to hide, because of family connections, and don't even have the honor and integrity to fulfill their obligations, then, well, the phrase "Hanging's Too Good For Him" comes to mind.

It's weird, though, how military paperwork seems to always "Go Missing" around this guy. Look at the Pat Tillman Murder report...

No one should have to risk dying for anything less than the defense of one's own home.

The hypocrisy centers on the fact that those in power would never fight their own battles and instead send the lower classes to fight these wars for them. Refusal to fight is often seen as treason or cowardice - and yet who is more treasonous and cowardly than those who would send others to die under false pretenses?

Status: offline 		       I didn't find anything about Lowe's pulling sponsorship, but I'll wait for Fargle to provide a reliable source for his claim.  I did find something about just what this "threat" consisted of;

      Of course, the Secret Service agents have their sense of humor surgically removed, so somebody is probably going to have a rough day.

        edit to add:  spotted a few references to O'Reilly going after Lowe's over Christmas trees, but I really don't care enough to go running down what grudge they might already have, if Fargle comes up with reliable sources...

None of them are unbiased, FOX leans to the right, CNN/CBS lean to the left.

Thist attack on FOX news is just another attempts the far left wackos to silence the right.   You dont see any conservatives going after CNN do you?

And I saw no threat. there was of course an implied threat in Oreilly's blog, but he also said he would respect her as the President(something the Dems just cant seem to do with bush, even before 9/11) He never said he would kill her. What exactly he meant by that statement is unclear...There are multiple reasons one would be on the SS watch list. not just for death threats.

This 1st started w/ Oreilly going after the Daily Kos blog site.He managed to get "Jet Blue" airlines to withdraw their sponsorship of the Daily Kos yearly convention.Oreilly brags that he did this,and says the blog site is like the Nazis and the KKK sites,filled with hate speech.It`s an open forum, left-wing political blog ,where anyone can say anything.Thousands of posters,and opinions.Oreailly contends that they should scrub their blogs of so called "hate speech",and are responsible for the opinions of the bloggers .Which is rediculous on the face of it.

Oreilly contends the Daily Kos is hate speech,and should scrub it`s blogs(which is ridiculous),then turns around and allows hate speech on his own blog.He charges money for people to blog,and he still he can`t do, what he tells others they should  do.What a cry baby hypocrite.

Oreilly`s no victim,here.He`s sewed the wind,and will reap the whirl wind.
 
The reason Oreilly targeted the Daily Kos,is not because they`re haters like the KKK(as Oreilly charges),but because the Daily Kos is an affective and vigilant proponent of left of center ideas.They`re truthful and fact filled,and don`t need to make things up,to win points.They out best Oreilly almost every day,and sadly the coward called Oreilly, can`t fight ideas w/ ideas.Instead he started this obviously bogus smear champaign against the DK,and did it hiding behind the guise of doing a public service.lol
He`s already bragged that he stuck it to the Daily Kos.Now he`s going to play the victim?You gotta be kid`n me.He sure has people fooled and fired up.
Oreilly`s is a bully and a coward,and can`t hold his own intellectually.That`s why he stoops low like this.He`s precious.

As an aside,

I invite anyone here,to view the"Oreilly Factor",on Fox,and write down a list of his sponsors.Then,at your leisure,call/write/email those advertisers,saying you won`t buy there products anymore.

And for the Fox/Oreilly supporters,you can call and say you`ll buy twice as much stuff,to offset their loses.
