For years I've been hearing people talk about closing cuts with superglue.  I did a search, and found that a medical grade super glue is being tested as a replacement for stitches.

It's been out of the testing stages for years.  Dermabond has been used in hospital emergency rooms for quite a while now.

Alright before I ask my question I want you all to know I did search to see if I could find anything on the topic....there was barely any info.  Has anyone ever used super glue on their female sub/slave to "close them up"....and by that I don't mean their mouth. I know it sounds like a bad idea and that's why I'm asking. I was assured that it's very safe and easy to remove, but I'd really like to know if anyone has done this or had it done to them. Thanks in advance for the info.

Working in Psychiatry and extensively with people who self harm I have had occasion to use 'superglue' to close wounds, obviously it depends on the width and depth of the wound and would not be used where any vessels are involved.
I have always found it to work well and be perfectly adequate if the wound just neeeds to be closed. The wound would need to have pretty straight edges and not too deep. It has been found to be very effective, pain free, (doesn't even sting!) and the glue itself peels off in about 5-7 days :) It is safe and harmless unless of course you are prone to allergic reactions and of course, not as intrusive as sutures. It also leaves less of a scar if closed properly.

Hope this helps and here is a link that gives all the techy details.

I was always under the impression that superglue was invented for medics in the military who needed a good way to close up wounds...could be wrong, but just what I was told at some point...strange brain..always remembers weird facts, can never remember the useful stuff.....

I don't know about that. I was watching MTV late at night (yeah, I know bad me) and that show about drummer from Blink 182 (I think) came on. Apprently he would drum so hard the skin would come off his fingers and he would put superglue on. A doctor told him not to do that 'cause whatever is it in isn't good for the body. Course, I also wouldn't be surprised if I was wrong about that.

The idea was you only needed to be patched up from a claymore hit say, once or twice in a lifetime, it wasn't the case that they thought you would be rubbing it on your pussy everytime you got your pissflaps vibrating.

A matter of does this damage more than it mends when I superglue the shards of your cranium together.

Partially true.  From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Superglue

"Cyanoacrylate was discovered by Harry Coover at Eastman Kodak during World War II when searching for a way to make plastic gun-sight lenses"

However, the article later states:

"The use of cyanoacrylate glues in medicine was considered fairly early on. Eastman Kodak and Ethicon began studying whether the glues could be used to hold human tissue together after surgery. In 1964, Eastman submitted..."

So yes, it has been used for medical purposes and still is, but it was originally developed for another purpose.

If you don't use acrylic nail extensions, then the glue you use is superglue.  Acetone removes the glue from any area, but the acetone would be more dangerous to apply to a womens lips than the superglue itself.  If you skin is damp or wet, superglue doesn't bond very well and the natural secretions over time will loosen its hold, and it really doesn't take much to prise skin apart, it really just depends on your pain threshold and the area it is introduced.  Do not use superglue near clothing though because it can react and burn through, depending on the materials.  I spilt the glue on jeans once and it burnt like fuck and I had a droplet shaped mark on my thigh for weeks whilst it healed.  Im not a medic - but I have regularly glued my fingers together... and it really is totally easy to remove with warm water soaking.  But as with anything if you are really intent on trying it, test check first to make sure you do not have an allergy to it, don't use it near material and preferably use a medical bond.  Oh, and practise on yourself somewhere and experiment on different areas.

FR...

One of my close friends had her labia glued shut years ago and she said that the same evening she just peed and it loosened up the glue right away.  I've known her for years so I know she wasn't bullshitting me, but your mileage may vary.

I don't know if it is a good idea or  bad one, but I'd LOVE to see the commercial.  Just imagine proving how strong that glue is,, by hanging a sub by her labia from a beam...It could probably make the top 10 Super Bowl commercial slot.

Liquid skin and liquid stitches, OTC and that which is used in hospitals ARE THE EXACT SAME THING as super glue.

Point of clarification--Super Glue and liquid skin/stitches are NOT the exact same thing.

Super glue is ethyl-2-cyanoacrylate.  Dermabond and Traumaseal (product names for medical glues) are 2-octyl cyanoacrylate or n-butyl-cyanoacrylate.

Ethyl-2-cyanoacrylate tends to irritate the skin, and can generate heat; for these reasons, the FDA rejected Eastman Kodak's application for approval to use the compound to seal wounds.

2-octyl cyanoacrylate was approved by the FDA in 1998.  Unlike the original ethyl-2-cyanoacrylate, it tends not to irritate skin.

Super Glue is not a medical glue, although it is chemically similar.

then it got quiet.....unknown to him the g/f came in the room then and proceeded to glue his dick to his belly with super glue......well it was hard when glued and shrinkage that happened afterwards hurt bad......i dont know how he got it to come off......never got that far in the story.......cause his g/f (who is now his wife of 5 years), and i are always laffin so hard by this point, she has never finished the story.....

Beyond the whole "ripping the skin apart" ordeal and the ER scene of  "uh....I was supergluing something near my crotch and well, it just so happened to land right in between my labia.  oops!", you also have to consider pH.  The pH down below is very sensitive and I really have no idea what the pH of superglue is or anything but if it changes the pH, you are going to have a very unhappy, infected, glued shut sub on your hands.

Oh man, this just sounds dangerous to me. I am basing this on my most recent experience with "Gorilla Glue" which is just like Super Glue.

I got it on my hands when I was using it to repair an alarm clock, and I couldn't get it off for something like three days, despite lots of hand washing.

The stuff works, I know that much.

But good luck. Let us know what happens...

lol Susan - i also accidently got super glue on me.  My mother couldnt figure if the bottle was open or not and squeezing the bottle in the old fashion way got no results. (It was a fancy bottle) I found a spot that looked good to squeeze......... and it all cam squirting out.  That was over a week ago.  I still have super glue on my thumb nail.
