Its about bondage. having the chest and stomach area bonded up pretty tight, being suspended so where you're up on your tippy toes, a butt plug inside, and pushed in farther by the ropes. Light cramps starting after being put in the bondage and as you're suspended and hanging there, it gets worse and worse. To where you can feel it coming on and you know its about to hit and roll through your stomach and roll down to your knees and into your lower back. To where right before your cut down, your ass cheeks dont want to be touched. To where you dont want to be "complaining" so instead of screaming or make any noise you sign yourself up for lamaze class and breathe through it. Short breathes Oxgyen gaining breathes when it starts to reside.. and as it comes.. your breath comes out forcefully as you tighten and tighten as best you can to hold tough as it hits.... and its not a breathing trick i'm used to.. the screaming through exhaling of breath with no sound. Cramping like you've never experienced. And your lost in total darkness cos your eyes are squeezed shut, your lost in your body. They ask if you're okay.. and you mumble you're fine.. you dont feel the clover clamps come off your nipples, the ropes get cut and you sag against the wall, supporting yourself and then you're freezing cold and shivering and shivering and freeeezing. You've no knowledge of the time that passed. and the your stomach is released (the starting point of the clamp) and the oh so hated but plug isnt felt anymore and then as you're curled up and shivering on a blanket on some one's lap another cramp hits.. and then the cramps are less and less. Not so stronge. but you feel nausous.. and your stomach hurts. And the next day you get nausous, eating makes you nausous, and your tired, and your stomach hurts. just a low uncomfie feeling and your chest below your boobs is sore to where pressing on it makes you want to throw up and you end up burping alot instead. You still dont feel well.

WHAT HAPPENED???????????????? ALL I WANT TO KNOW......... WHAT HAPPENED.

What in the god damn name was all that cramping???? Why DO I FEEL LIKE This? when will it go away?

Lordandmaster -> RE: Scene went wrong? (6/28/2005 3:04:14 PM)

What happened is you got cramps. It can happen, especially when you're being suspended, and you need to tell your top as soon as you start to feel anything like this. It's not something you can control, so you don't have to worry about coming across as a wimp. Sometimes changing the position can help, but usually if cramps start to come on, you'll just have to stop what you're doing altogether.

Internal damage? Don't know but I'd definately get checked out by a doctor.

Nothing went wrong. Your body was tired of being in an unconfortable position. For most, pain and twisted up bondage gratifies mentaly. You are still hurting on the physical side thus causeing your body to act to what's being done to you.

Faramir -> RE: Scene went wrong? (6/28/2005 5:03:40 PM)

Do you mean muscle cramps, or stomach/intestinal cramping?

I think FnF and LaM read your reply as being muscle cramps - I took it as intestinal distress.

painslut4use -> RE: Scene went wrong? (6/28/2005 5:42:09 PM)

No it not muscle cramp. And i think i know what happened, been talking to lifestyle friends. Bondage too tight, suspension put pressure on all the wrong spots, things inside shifted. Which is why deep breathing isnt easy. Its like the things in the lower part got squished and shoved up

Isolde -> RE: Scene went wrong? (6/28/2005 5:43:16 PM)

You're still having trouble breathing?

sub4hire -> RE: Scene went wrong? (6/28/2005 5:47:52 PM)

Self diagnosis is for fools.

quietkitten -> RE: Scene went wrong? (6/28/2005 5:50:13 PM)

If you are continuing to have symptoms there may very well be damage... you must go see a physician and get checked out. I agree with sub4hire, it is unwise to make assumptions. Even if you are talking to experienced medical people, they certainly can't diagnose you online!

Yup, I'll weigh in on this side too, go get checked out. Too many possiblities to leave it up to a guess. You could have simply triggered a strong acid reflux response, or have something like internal bruising. Please don't take this lightly.

The chances are you are fine, and your body was just reacting to the stress, but why take that chance?

Id ask your Master,Mistress how many times they have done it before?? Also they should off been able to tell you were in more pain then normal... And I don't belive in situations where it causes heavy lose of breathing for extended periods of time. Then again I also have Asthma

Not being present during the suspension, there is no way to tell for certain what the problem was. Here is an educated guess based on several years of doing and teaching suspension bondage...

If the "pressure to the chest area felt as though it was coming from the sides, then there was not enough slack in the ropes. As tension is applied, the rope tried to "straighten" and compresses on the sides. adding another 6" of slack should resolve this problem.

Second, you describe the position of the ropes as being on your stomach. Tis is not a proper location for doing suspension. The ropes should be placed on the hips whereyou have adequate bone structure. When too much pressure is applied to the stomach, your internal organs get "pushed around" and place pressure on the diaphragm making it hard to breathe. This also allows air to be pushed into the intestines, causing cramping and gas.

When this much air is forced into the intestines and abdmin, it will take 5-6 days before it all works it's way out. During this time you will experience slight nausia and gas (burping). The tenderness you describe is most likely caused by bruised organs and diaphragm. While it is not inherently dangerous, it should be checked by your physician.

It wasnt actual suspension. It was just arms stretched above the head, to each side of a door frame, reaching up far enough so on tippy toes. And rope going through a leather part of the plug up to where the rope for the wrists were tied. Lifting in the behind and wrists. The part that was causing trouble, was the bondage that went around the neck knotted down the chest and criss crossing around the stomach down through the crotch once or twice.

Ahh.. gives a good reason for all the nausous (eating, sitting for too long) and the air that is forced out instead. Plus all the gas [:'(] Pushing on the diaphram area makes this one nausous all over again. Like a weight sitting there. Deep breathing is better and easier.

thank you. This makes so much sense
