Lots of great flicks on this list, seems everybody has different tastes. I am going today to buy 300 and Pathfinder @ best-buy later. About 60% of what's on this list I own lol. On another note I can't beleive I forgot to put O Brother Where Art Thou, and Dances With Wolves on my list.

Lenny (about Lenny Bruce) The Sting The Candidate Wag the Dog (could have been written for bush II) Cat on a Hot Tin Roof Marathon Man Jeremiah Johnson Rain Man Cool Hand Luke "you gonna get your mind~right~" The Graduate emmmmm Mrs. Robinson.... The Horse Whisperer The Conversation Straw Dogs The Hustler as well as The Color of Money,which has a full circle kind of feel. Papillon The Sand Pebbles The French Connection For all the films I`ve enjoyed,I haven`t seen a good one in a long while. "Ray" was the last good movie I`ve seen.

Monty Python ( esp The Holy Grail) Cheech and Chong ( all) Full Metal Jacket Monsoon Wedding Memoirs of a Geisha Caveman ( don't laugh, it's a great movie) 'X' the man with x-ray eyes.(1963 but I'm a Lovecraft fiend) I have to agree with LA .. I'm a closet, 'Dude, where's my car?' fan.. esp the chinese drive-through bit. regards Allie

The Caine Mutiny with Humphrey Bogart as the "mixed up" captain of the ship. Spoiled tho' by the apologetics at the end. Just watched a re make and the actor who played Bogart's role just couldn't quite "do it " the way Humph did.

I keep forgetting about all of these other great movies, Jeremiah Johnson is one of the greatest westerns of all time. I can't say I much cared for the Cheech & Chong movies. Dare I say just about anything Stephen King has ever written, directed, and produced has been badass? I really liked Maximum Overdrive. But I think they could have done alot better with it.

Some of my favorite Scare movies, I've enjoyed, not already mentioned Haunted House On The Hill (The original one) Candy Man Jurassic Park The Ring Fallen Poltergeist Jaws Predator Nightmare on Elmstreet Haunted House on the Hill, Silence of the lamb, Jurassic Park, caused me nightmares for many a night Gosh, I loved those movies. Confidential The Usual Suspects Catch Me If You Can Aviator Honorable mention: Sideways, if nothing else for the scene of where Miles has to steal Jack's wallet back.
