Well...when I was younger I use to camp all the time with my parents. We used tents. I am too old and have too many creaky joints for that now. Plus I fucked up my shoulder a few weeks ago and it's really sore. Got a camper...queen size bed, kitchen, bathroom, hot water, table, couch. Although I refuse to cook on the stove. Always cook over the open fire. Just tastes better that way.

I love camping as well (preferably primitive)..as such, on a hike a couple weekends ago, I taught my um to pee in the woods. Since then she seems to think it's the coolest..latest example..wanting to go in the wal-mart parking lot yesterday. I have a feeling I'm going to be saying "only in the woods" quite a lot for the next few weeks...

Krissi, from someone that spends an awful lot of time outdoors in an area where Lyme disease and West Nile are now quite prevelant.........the fear is highly over done. Lyme is cured with antibiotics, West Nile........80% of the people infected never even know they had it. It just isn't all as scary as they make it out to be.
