Thanks for all the responces, but one of my questions has gone untouched...

one of the Moderators is on the list, have I been a bad little monkey? possibly they took one of my play stabs at Instyntive seriously? moved one to many of my threads? (including this one)

alright now I am starting to sound paranoid... time to shut up

       Aha!  So it's "why is a Mod viewing my profile," again.  Same as anyone else from the forum side, probably.  You said something that caused a Mod (dare we guess which one?) to want to know a little more about you.

     And yes, it DOES mean you are now on double-secret probation and had better watch your ass from now on! [;)]

I'll usually check someone's profile if they post something that interests me, or sometimes to get an idea why they might have said a certain thing, or in a certain way. For instance, I check to see where a person is from if something hints they may be from my area. I did get tthe attention of a moderator once, when I was new here. They actually sent me a message saying "Don't do that."
I also check the profiles of people 'Who's Viewing' me.
