In my experience chastity belt does not "teach" a cock no to be hard. The chastity belt does not stop you of having an erection, but you have kind of incomplete erection while wearing it. Every morning men have an erection and thats part of body mantenaince, body can still do this every morning while wearing it, but its not a complete erection.
