LOL Finally, collecting colorful china, crystal and glassware, which I've done to such excess that I now have several cabinets filled and no room for another cup, mug or salt server.

The very first thing I did when I bought my house was paint my attic bedroom very girlie pink. My sister teased me that it looked like I painted with a 5-gallon bucket of Pepto-Bismal. It has white furniture. In fact the desk is still the same one I got when I was 12. Little pink "Christmas" lights strung around the upper canopy frame of my bed take the place of a bedside table. Black or pink satin sheets; I'm currently making some floor-length black satin curtains to match. Big fluffy white down comforter on the bed for me and a pile of sheepskins on the floor for the slave and you have my favorite place in the world to be.

*ooo* I love this topic, thanks Hathor! The most girlie girl thing I do is sit with a glass of iced tea on the patio in the shade and read... COSMO!!!! I love cooking, wearing makeup and it is My firm belief that you can never have too many handbags...My collection is out of control!!! I also get toes and nails done every two weeks. And I love wearing sexy lingerie and long, hot bubble baths. I also love receiving flowers and chocolate from adoring men!! Geesh... ~Kara

I'm resurrecting this thread, because I have a new hobby: candle making [:D] I'm also considering soap making, but I'm already spending quite a bit on the candles, so I dont' want to spend a bunch on something else right now. Anyone else doing anything ultra-girly for the holidays?

Congratulations, and I wish you good luck with it. I think that Mod 1 is into soap making, so when you are ready you should email her and see what kinds of recipes she has. Candles can be so pretty and unusual when you get to design them yourself.[:D]

I get weekly massages, get body treatments at the spa monthly, pedicures, and I love to cook. Oh I love light airy perfume and my jamaican fruit lip gloss!

I spent about $5 on gobblets, wine/champange/brandy glasses at goodwill - they are turning out great so far, although I have to figure out how to tell how much wax I need lol. I also have all kinds of jars, molds, and a few tins to use. All I need now is to decide who to start giving them to, since I don't have room to keep them all LOL

waves hands I wuv candles, lol!!! I have hundreds of dollars of EENSY TEENSY beads that require utmost concentration to string once one can finally decide on a design.......great zone out tool!!!!!!!

Oh, my ultra-concentration thing that I do for meditation is actually coloring. I have these really neat mandala patterns that I use to calm and center myself when I feel like I need it. And I tell you what, when I decide which ones I'm keeping and which ones I'm getting rid of, we'll talk shipping prices lol

I'm girlie as all hell. I wouldn't even know where to start the list, really, but just pick something girlie (but not home-maker-y, because I suck at that stuff) and I probably suffer from it. On the other hand, I spent all day blissfully watching football. And not just because Tom Brady is hot, although that most definitely doesn't hurt. ;) I'm a woman of many and varied interests, what can I say?

Hehehe - even if you lived close we might not ever meet - we're antisocial lol (we live within about 30 min of ShiftedJewel and her family ... have yet to meet them). I'll definitely let you know though - we're already starting to get over-run with them. I've got 9 made at this point, plus all the candles that we've bought that live on my desk because I love candles grin Yes, I'm a pyro.

At least once a month or every two weeks I have a "spa day" I put on the gorgeous green face mask, cool gel eye mask, slather my hair in restore conditioner, take a shower with lots of aroma therapy essentials surrounding me, and scrub with sea salt for that baby skin feel. Use lots of body butter, watch lots of girlie movies, eat chocolate, and focus on anything nonstressful.
