Mist pours into the foyer of the hotel, flowing through the lobby and spreading out...searching for the entrance to the basement.....it pours down the stairs, twisting and turning until it reaches the catacombs below. The mist rises into a column and a woman takes shape....I shake off the change and look around my new home....Yes, this will do just fine...Plenty of room to bring in my toys....My laughter rings out and echoes up and then back to me....Yes, this will do perfectly....
A pity about that potentially tastey morsal from earlier in the evening....I look up, listening to the various sounds from the inhabitants dwelling in the hotel. Something odd here........quite a few somethings. An adventure perhaps....that would be lovely....time does drag on as years flow into centuries....Dawn is still a few hours away, I shall set about making this place my own.
