damn. She she's still sleeping. And my teachers are insistent that I return to them now. Applying some new tricks, I grow my size... carefully pick the Dragon up out of the water and gently pick up the sluggish Angel... she's gonna kill me for this but I dematerialize with both and rematerialize in the Angels chamber. I place the Angel on her bed... the Dragon in her private tub and fill with water. I see the two knockoffs of me on the Angel's shelves, so I deputize them for guard duty. One flies to keep watch on the Dragon... the other to guard the Angel. Both have been given infrared and UV vision, and their eyes glow slightly purple as sign they are now both semi-alive. I set up a Dragonesque security perimeter that can be deactivated by either the Dragon or the two little guardians upon request by only the Angel's thoughts. I survey the scene and hope I've done enough, then dematerialize to meet with my teachers...

If she had gone into the dining room dressed only in her nightgown, well... who knows what Michael may have done. [sm=evil.gif] taking Bear to the side... You felt the disturbance too? Damn strange... I thought I almost got a glimpse of who or whatever it was before K stirred a bit.

K and Dragon are up in her chamber being looked over by two of my associates. Plus there's a perimeter in place that prevents anyone from entering. I'm not sure, but I think the focus of this new energy was directed towards Angel. She'll probably be mad at me for doing what I did, but I was in sort of a bind this morning and did what I thought was best.

You done what you thought necessary under the circumstances. I'll abide by your decision......if necessary I can always summon other denizens from the underworld who are at my command..... for now, I'll wait and watch and learn what I can from this stranger.....

yawns hugely, stumbles out of bed as wasn't expecting to be in a bed - i thought i was still by the pool. pads off to the bathroom and shrieks as switches light on and sees Dragon in her tub! he's still not moving much, and some of the water has disappeared.... edges around Dragon and fills tub with hot water. decides she's hungry and heads for the door. stops as a line of glowing purple light suddenly shows on her chest.... following it backwards, she sees one of her little stone gargoyle decorations has pulsing eyes. leaning down to look at it, and touch its little body, the light suddenly ceases. a hand crossed in front of its face shows no activation, and its eyes have resumed their empty stare... picking it up and caressing its little body to find a switch or button, she finds nothing. shrugging, she goes out into the hallway and waves at Krissi, collects a mug of coffee and follows her outside. morning Bear, morning Sappo! Gives Sappo a one armed hug for looking out for her. don't want to spill anything else on him!
