No, not THAT kind!
I have a friend who turns 55 on August 27th and she's a doll collector so I figured I'd surprise her at her Birthday dinner out with a genuine Crolly doll from Donegal Ireland.
I've been to Crolly a few times, stopped into "Leo's" Pub.
His daughters are Mairead (Moya) Brennan and "Enya" Brennan the famous singers.
Beautiful area on the coast.
I must have missed the doll factory when there before.
I was just surfing "Irish Dolls" and found that one.
The dolls look exquisite. A lot of detail and they use actual Donegal tweed on them.
I'm sure you doll collectors have heard of them.
I got the "Tattie Hoker" (potato picker) doll with the tattie bag on her shoulder.
