Possible move to Pittsburgh, Philly, Hershey PA. in the future - what surrounding counties/other cities perhaps are good places to live? Is actually living in Pittsburgh a good idea? am looking for ideas for good neighborhoods.......i will be forwarding this stuff to Thorns, so any feedback would be great! Thanks everyone! ~smilezz~

A lot of my neighbors have left that area and moved here! (Myrtle Beach) You can tell too, by the number of "Pittsburgh Steelers" bumperstickers and window signs on vehicles here. They're everywhere.

My Master lives in Pittsburgh - Mt Washington, to be exact. It's a beautiful area. The view of the city is breathtaking. But, as someone who wasn't raised in the city - getting around is a nightmare. I've never seen so many one way streets. Luckily, my commuting entailed working outside of Pittsburgh, therefore going against the grain. But i wouldn't have wanted to be on the opposite side of the highway during rush hour.

Talk to Rover. I live one hour east of Pittsburgh, western Pennsylvania is nice, plus the city is a close drive when you are aching to do that sort of thing.

If I lived anywhere near Hershey PA, I would never lose weight.... My dads from Harrisburg, Ive visited, it was really nice.....go closer to Slippery rock and you can meet all the scary SCAdians each august

If they make confectionaries you dont want to live in or downwind of that stink.
