MissAidan -> Weirdest,most unique,most creative toys (8/3/2007 11:37:55 AM)

Just thought it would be interesting to see what other odd, or seemingly harmless, or really creative things people on here have or have used as toys.  I think mine would be those adjustable rubber wrenches...they come in a pack of two widths, the feeling varies if the are doubled over or full length, and they are vicious.  I think the oddest is a wiffle ball bat, lol.

A friend of mine (Country) made me a toy out of bike tire back in the day that lasted for almost 10 years, it was odd at first but it became one of my favorite toys.  My oddest toy would probably be my ice cube tray, it makes ice better than the ice machine in my frig for certain types of play.  So that's a toy, right?

MissAidan -> RE: Weirdest,most unique,most creative toys (8/3/2007 11:43:28 AM)

Oh, definately.  If you love ice, check bed bath and beyond or someplace like that for the waterbottle ice cube trays.  It's cylindrical ice...oh, the possibilities!

pool noodle.  pound curry.

Pool noodles! Oh, why hadn't I thought of that!  I remember getting wacked with those in the pool as a kid...gee, no wonder I kept harrasing the other kids till they hit me again, lol.

Pipe cleaners.   Wonderful things, those little chennel stems.

Ok, this is going to sound really ridiculous, but it occurred to Me last night that the clips that I use for work gloves could actually be converted into some great freestyle floggers.  My husband got a huge kick out of watching Me practice My flourentine with them.  (They look very funny with the work gloves on the end swinging around.  They look like four hands flying through the air.)  They would never replace the heavier floggers, but would make a great warm up type of toy.

Turning the wooden frame of a box spring mattress into a rack.

Ok, two more that I thought of...been doing some cleaning and I like to play the "what could I use this thing for?" game while doing it.  But these were both actually in my toy bag.  One, a baby fork.  A little tiny one...it's great for sensory play, especially on an already raw bum or back.  The other is one of those little foot file thingies.  Makes an excellent little paddle, and the emery surface on it makes it *really* interesting!

I do use my bbq fork and tongs sometimes I wonder if that's unique (I don't think it's weird)

Tools: swamp cooler, 5 gal. bucket of ice water, some food coloring (I like red as it shows up nicely through the tubing, but whatever floats your boat) and 30' of tygon tubing - 1/2". Attach tygon tubing to swamp cooler which is placed in bucket with the ice water and some food coloring. Wrap tubing around victi.. um.. volunteer and place the other end of the tygon tubing into the ice bucket as well. Turn on swamp cooler then watch the game show. It's reuseable and, of course, a circle has no end. [8D]

I like the paint stiriers for the 5 gallon buckets of paint I get from Dom Depot, also I saw at a fetish event, a terry cloth flogger, soft and gental for warm up, or dip it in ice water for a shockingly cold thud... I want one of them suckers. I also love using dental floss for nipple bondage, thin bamboo rods and orthodontist elastics for clamps,  and this one time I used a swiffer duster thingy for sensory play...

Pickle grabbers, and my ex has a nasty bull nose hook

proudsub -> RE: Weirdest,most unique,most creative toys (8/3/2007 12:39:19 PM)

Last night on "Real Sex" they showed different fucking machines.  Some were very creative. One was made from an old mixer, others from electric drills, anything that has an electric motor that you can attach items to.

As a side note, they also showed a van that someone had set up as a mobile dungeon, cool idea i thought.

There are more ideas here: household objects

I have this wonderful pair of gloves (actually I am known as "glove slut" in certain circles) with steel cat claws attached to the finger tips

cutting boards make great paddles I have one about 2 feet long that I think is made for bread. I have heard it is quite evil.

I have a lint brush that makes a fun little paddle, one side is coushened. makes for an interesting thud and woomp sound

I took a peice of coax cable about a foot long that I taped into a loop that stings like a mother.

My fav odd toy is a tracer wheel I think it is called. I saw a Dom at a meeting use one on his sub, and ran out to buy one.

If you don't know what that is, it is for fabric, has a small handle and a little metal wheel with a ridged edge.

The seamstress tracing wheel is nothing compared to a Warrtenberg Wheel (a medical instrument for neurological use)..The Wartenberg makes me giggle.

Master Archer has boatloads of fun with his wrist rocket slingshot ( http://www.tbotech.com/Images/Slingshot.jpg )
and little rubber mini porcupine balls ( http://www.centurynovelty.com/catImages/146-262_large.jpg ). They sting like crazy and leave a gorgeous circle red spot.
