Maybe photograph the areas of concern, and have the girl sign and date them, so that you have proof that the injuries were present before she entered your life?

Write a letter detailing your diminishment in standard of care from your physician, and send it to the administration of his practice, or your local ethics board.

Something along the lines of "I provided Dr. Idiot with pertinent, relevant information about my personal activities on *date*. Since that time, he has provided substandard care as detailed below" should work fairly well without outing you to people who don't really need to know.

nyrisa, that was my only thought and idea as well, though who knows these days what will or will not work when it comes to legal questions. Thank you though for the thought.
