Status: offline 		Obviously attitude and true submission are the most important attributes a slave could have.  But i want to get back into shape.  Mistresses and Masters, which would You rather have in a slave a why?  Would You go for someone really skinny and flexible, or muscular?

Right now i'm overweight and out of shape, but that's not a permament condition for me.  i've been skinny (135 lb) and very flexible at some points in my life, and quite muscular (coming in around 180 of lean weight) at different points--bear in mind i'm only about 5'7".  So, i can either run, stretch and weight train to go for skinny, or weight train, stretch and do lighter forms of cardio to go for muscular.  i'm just wondering what You look for, and what generally serves You better.  Any advice?  ThankYou.

Status: offline 		I like them a little on the thin side..........But, guys that are a little over weight and not
in the greatest of shape are much easier to train with huge strapons..

Status: offline 		To me, ideally, a "spare" figure is beautiful - trim, slender, but with muscle working under that, giving some definition.  So, not bulging muscle, but enough to create a bit of that V, a bit of meat on the thighs, some pecs.  Flexible is more important than stiff muscle.  Ideally.

Status: offline 		They have to be height weight proportionate---that does not mean they cannot carry some weight, but 250+ is way off for Me,- so I limit My search to 200 and the height to match---I don't like someone skinny either---want to feel some meat under My hands ( heh heh play on words there)--and someone shorter than I am,  just doesn't make it.
 
They also cannot be sedentary, though most submissives My age are sedentary, I am very active and need the same.

Status: offline 		Personality attracts me so much more than any physical trait possibly could.  It is much easier to sculpt/modify a body than a person's intellect, sense of humor and such.  I'm especially drawn to those who really understand that submissiveness does not mean having no will, opinions or direction, but rather subjugating your own desires/needs to those of your Dominant partner.

My advice:  focus on being happy and healthy for yourself.

Status: offline 		I think there is a range between the two extremes here of skinny and muscular.

I like someone whose body does not interfere with the things I need and want done. Strong enough to carry what I want, flexible enough to move freely, and good enough joints to be able to kneel for a while.

Beyond that body hair is much better issue for me in terms of physical attraction. I don't like it at all.

Diane, i love strap-on training.  It gives a sub like me a feeling of special closeness to my Mistress.  May i ask though, how does being like that make me easier to train?

I have posted somewhere here on the submissive man who is so dear to me years later.. we started out with something total different on the table.... after getting to know him ..... I gave him a choice to accomplish something I knew he really wanted with me as teacher...... I gave him guidance and a strict threat of a kick in his ass everyday..  ..... in what he truly wanted to do as getting  healthy and feel better about himself to do what that does to anyone.. one can live a better life..
 
 That experience for me still amazes me..his transformation.. he lost over 100 pounds.... in a year or so...   he today is a hottie.. in a few years after the weight loss he has become a gym buff..  incredible.. he was a sweet , shy fat --chunkster when we first met...... but more than that..dead on the couch.. no zezt.. no umph in his step of life.....

I say look deep-- get yourself on path to being physically where you feel great.... GREAT..  then connect with a domme or dom.. to enjoy what ever it is you are seeking there...  I personally notice attractive people of course...., but enjoy sincere associations with people who are happy with themselves.. describing that as being emotionally healthy..... I see that spill over to many other parts of ones life. -- I know we all have things to change..I am not saying perfection..........just in general---- 

I would like to shrink my nose just a tad.. but I dont give a dam who else doesnt like it...

Status: offline 		Haha, this reminds me of some of girls in my school. they were talking about the "ideal" boyfriend. I listened, and to my great horror.. it must have been about 4 guys in the world who would fit their descriptions HAHA. you guys are not as severe though. but still... i think most girls really are more strict when it comes to looks than guys are. in my experience though. most guys i know are like "she must... she should.. err.. hmm breasts would be likeable... :)"

Status: offline 		Soamehow this thread reminded me of a years-old newspaper account of interviewing young females' about their ideal man.  One opined that she wanted someone "big and tall with a hairy chest."   My suggestion for her: Find a yeti.  Aren't we all different?

Having not been a pro since long before I came to this site, I'm not sure what any of that has to do with the topic at hand.  But since you've chosen to take issue with me, I'll address your slight.  When I was running a professional studio, I continued to be involved in the lifestyle just as I am now, with the same standards.  Those I have an intimate connection with -- they're single and unencumbered.  I don't like owning someone else's property.

You've shown your colors.  Your size and current weight really has nothing to do with it.  It's all in the attitude and how you say it.

Status: offline 		I love looking at thin fit muscular men but when it comes to the ahem bedroom, I love a big man with some extra cushion-to me the difference is like that of a Caddy vs. Ferrari, the former being a much comfier ride.  Boniness is just plain icky-though I do like some of the positions I can tie these boys in, and have had some phenomenal sessions with incredibly hot masochists-they seem to be handsome and in shape, not sure why.  My naughty is built like a bulldog-very thick and muscular chest, not to thin......just a delight!
