Personally I don't go for "I know what I want and I expect to get it". Expectations, especially unsaid ones, are a bitch. You are bound to be disappointed.

Confidence in the sense of I know who I am, I know what I need, I know enough to not chase those who I am not compatible with, that's what shines. Of course subs with that attitude shine too.
