i do not agree with this at all.. everything comes full circle.. i have had dommes in the past because of one thing or another things did not go right came back and we are good friends. i have heard where some other people got back together after life and smacked them around woke them up to reality of right and wrong and went on to a long term thing. so i think it depends on what you did wrong. and time.

So i read your profile.  i take it you were probably a novice with some pretty extreme fantasies, found someone to do these things for you and were given way too much, way too fast.  But damn, for a sub to be pushed to the point of leaving everything and running with the shirt on his back...

Try going to Her.  If that works, great, if not, then a lesson learned.  i truly don't know your story, and apparantly from the responses you've tried posting this prior, but try finding someone who won't try to brand you within 1 week of meeting you--someone who will go slower for a novice...if that's what the issue is.

After reading your profile i would advise that you quit letting your little head do the thinking when you negotiating your hard limits.
 
Why would you agree to piecing and branding if you did not want to do those things.
 
Better still when you had second thoughts why not just be honest and say so.

Seeing that you ran away...that pretty much sums it up...You will never be trusted by her.  You should move on and make sure the next time that you are really ready for the this type of relationship.  Otherwise..you are just wasting time!

One of the few useful bits of advice my father gave me was,
'Never go after a falling knife or a runaway wife'.
The principle remains the same in the scene for a slave.
Either she will regret running and come crawling back, or she won't.
Chasing her will only make things worse for you both.
Get over it and move on.
