The only time I have experienced this is Daddy/little girl, where she was less looking for PE and more looking for attention, for affection. Daddy/litle girl is a specific D/s groove, and it does include those elements (at least for me). I felt it was less bait and switch - less a conscious deception - than a woman desperately trying to figure out what she needed.
