A professor is one if my anthropology courses in college once said "Food, clothing, and shelter.....these are the basic things a person needs to survive" And I think....what about human contact, security, ....a good Frapuccinno? Surely there are other things needed for survival. So I ask, What can't you live without? I cannot live without 30 Fraps a day.

I didn't say this guy was brilliant....actually he wasn't bad. He left it open to start the discussion....which pretty much went exactly the same then as now.

To survive...way less than I used to think.... To be more comfortable..good music, good conversation, books that make me think, a super cold Coke with crushed ice, learning something new, a job I love, sentimental family belongings ( I like a sense of history in the things I own) To be happy... feeling like I matter, feeling like I have a purpose, and the love of my friends, family and Master

Given a survival situation? I reckon a few hundred ampoules of morphine and a syringe would be handy. Keeps one's spirits up, staves off hunger and relieves the pain of starving to death. E

if i was stranded in the middle of nowhere all alone the only thing i would need is a good knife about 10 inches long with a bone handle. if i was stranded with Master absolutly nothing , He knows everything you need to know to survive under any circumstances. with a knife you can cut grasses to make a rope. cut down sticks to make a drill for fire starting . cut down branches to make traps for animals which will be used for food, skins and furs for clothing and shelter. with fire you can use the ashes to make soap. i have a growing knowledge of plants and their medicinal uses and which are edible and which are not. i would miss the fuck out of chocolate and cafe Bustelo though.
