I dont know where else to post this.  It has been for the last several weeks now, I am constantly not able to connect with collar.me.  I get a message error that says it is too full.. I cant navigate thru as quickly as I use to be able to........reading messages and just general site jumping is much slower and often knocks me off....

Is this something that can be looked at and fixed, as this is obviously a growing website in huge popularity ... just wondering if this is being looked at by the powers that be ???..  again I love this site and it is just so frustrating to not be able to enjoy it on a regular basis..  again this is now becomming a regular thing.

Takes a while to load, but it's plenty fast for the price.

Can't recall the site ever not loading at all though.

I seem to have problems on and off with the site.  Sometimes pages won't load at all or they load very slowly.  Other times, I get on a thread, but the entire thread doesn't come up.  Sometimes my computer is slow in general, so I usually check other sites to see if I have the same problem and usually I don't.  I just think CM has some issues at times...maybe too many users on it at once, I dont know, but it is usually intermittent, and passes in the next day or so.

have not seen any other posts.. my mistake..

have asked several others that I communicate with before I posted this... and they all are having the same problems.. ..

so free or not, it is frustrating and I like this site so much I visit daily..  so I dont want a frustrating experience..............

what I want and what I get sometimes are different-- something I will have to work on I guess.................

Maybe this topic is a little dead now, but...I've been having a lot of problems with Collarme lately. Mainly, loading profile pages is SUUUPER slow, and freezes firefox until it's done (sometimes for up to 20 seconds!). I don't have this problem with any other sites, and CM loaded fine in the past, so...is anyone else experiencing this?

I'll put up with it, but there is one thing that really pisses me off, sometimes after I spend the time to write a long post, the site won't load it and the text is lost.

For awhile I was selecting all and hitting Ctrl+C. Then if it won't load for whatever reason I can exit and reload the site, get back to where I wanted to post and hit Ctrl+V. But the other day I forgot to do that ----

GRRRRRRRRRR

The servers are overloaded, I think they did an upgrade in that area this last summer or so, and that bandwidth was immediately snapped up,   that is why it is slow. Servers cost bucks, people and nigerians are signing up and on in droves, there are alot more people posting or reading all the time, multiple profiles, space for pictures and posting histories and email histories and bells and whistles and  whatnot eating up servers. The site is only very rarely shut down for maintenance, remember all the kinksters jonesing when they upgraded servers and were down for nearly a day?

growing pains. growing pains, what's a body to do?

You might want to ask customer service, I've seen it posted here several times that firefox might not be the best to use with CM, but I'm certainly no expert on the subject.

Firefox 3beta2 + Adblock Plus.

Add in the scroller servers into the exclude list -- leave filter disabled..

When the site "Hangs", go into adblock, filter out the content from the scroller servers and you should be fine.

Well, I don't know about "fine", but it works for me.

They are changing the forums and adding more graphics, so there is going to be larger temp internet files. Also, make sure to clear your temp internet files. Never had a problem due to the scroll bar, but have had layer problems due to site information being pulled out of sync.
