The Rio Linda Animal savers group needs donations. The owner suffered a huge house fire, some of her animals died and lots of them were hurt. While they're trying to get back on their feet supplies are needed. I know the list of stuff needed here seems excessive for a free recycle group, but I did list only the really really needed things, and the group does do a lot of hard work for rescueing animals about to be killed or just plain abused animals. If you have items you can donate.

List or to help us with any of the special needs outlined above, please contact us at 916-992-9970 or e-mail us at [email protected].

Canned Kitten, Puppy, Cat or Dog Food

Dry Cat, Kitten, Puppy & Dog Food

Free-standing white picket fence

Kiddy (Child) Swimming Pools (Plastic, Metal or Rubber Inflatable)

Note the big dogs love swiming in them laying in them, but they also chew on them and their big paws tear them up, so sturdier the better/

Kong/Rubber dog toys

New & Used Dog Leashes

New or Used Cat trees

Nylon Cat Toys

Pooper Scoopers

Scratching Posts

Stainless Steel Cat Bowls (6 oz.)

Stainless Steel No-tip Puppy Bowls

Stainless steel water pails for outdoor runs

Towels and Blankets for Bedding

Treats for Dogs and Cats (soft and hard)

Heh, well i'd rather spend my time taking care of them. Being a not so single mom anymore, umm fiances are short? Atleast that USED to be a good excuse... AHhhh yes. A better one (and um more uh... specific) i prefer to donate my time then my cash. (all my cash is quickly used or atleast i find a good place to spend it, it seems. But uh yeah, i prefer hands on.

Good luck!
