Greetings all,

I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a 24/7 belt for females that prevents both vaginal and anal penetration, and is also airport friendly.  Or, if this is even a concern.  I go through the gate all the time with my steel collar and although i have to be wanded every trip, it has never hindered my flight.   Anyone have any advise, or experience?

Last year we custom made a dildo harness suitable for airport security. No metal parts but it was very durable. A chasity belt would be easier as there is no need to include an attachment to hold the dildo.

Message me on the other side for more info.

Simply try replicating a metal belt out of Lexan (a high density polymer plastic, nigh unbreakable under normal circumstances) - there shouldn't be a need for hinges as the Lexan bends quite well and returns to true within limits. Use a heat gun to bring the lexan plates up to a temperature where they can be molded into body-hugging shapes, and do this while wearing a thick pair of leather gloves to hold them and while the sub is wearing a wet pair of tight jeans. The wet jeans will absorb and dissipate a lot of the heat from "fitting" the belt, but don't hold a plate on too long, and keep the pants wet. Once a plate or belt section is shaped how you want it, dunk it under cold water for a few minutes while holding it in its new shape. Once set it will retain its new configuration until you reheat it. Secure the U shaped crotch/anal section to the waistband in the front by using nylon screws coated on the threads with 5 minute epoxy, and lock it in the back by swinging the bar up over the mated ends of the waistbelt. All three ends should be drilled with 2 matching holes to accept solid Lexan dowels used as lockpins. These lockpins should be permanently epoxied to one end of the waistbelt, so when you match up the other two ends the lockpins go through to the other side where they are drilled side-to-side to accept either small brass padlocks, twist ties, or those disposable plastic padlocks that are marked with serial numbers. Most connections and attachment points can be done with the aforementioned nylon screws and epoxy combo, and some hardware stores do sell plastic hinges, although the hingepin is still usually metal.
I use this process to make high-impact plastic armor for medieval recreational combat, and Lexan is usually used for gauntlets because it can be molded easily. I fought for five years in a nice suit of Roman lorica made of plastic. I also used plastic to make three male belts, each prototype showing me new problems until I worked out each one with each new belt. When the design was perfect for my own body, and I had no chafing or rubbing, is when I transferred the design to a sheet of titanium/stainless alloy. That belt is incredibly secure - it took me seven carbon steel sawblades just to cut my pieces out, and I used stainless steel peen rivets for connections. The weakest point on my metal belt is the lock itself, since it could be cut with nippers, but since it is located at the small of my back it is impossible to get enough leverage to do so.

"I once went thru airport security, but forgot all about the full hauberk of chainmail I was wearing under my long tunic - I wear armor so often it is second nature to me - and ohmigod the sheer number of guards, guns, and blackjacks! That mess was sorted out quickly - apparently the security chief had been to a few Ren Faires and recognized me as being of the Faire Folke. Damn near gave ME a heart attack, tho.

The issue, as I see it, is the lock.  If the goal is security as opposed to post-transgression detection, the belt must be locked on.

I work for an airline...I know people who have done this route before...wanding and maybe a visual inspection...TSA sucks anyways.
