If so how come some people are still getting away with posting naked pictures.

Yes, I think they are in violation. Moreover, they may be in violation of that new law - Section 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

I suppose stopping them is a bit like stopping spammers in email lists - hard to do without restrictions which affect everyone.

Moderators are supposed to reject all naked dicks pics, however I know some still slip in.

Both male and female nudity is acceptable under certain circumstances.
Any type of nudity that highlights the genitals or shoves it in your face is not permitted.
Artistic-type nudity is usually fine.

Once in a while a photo slips through that shouldn't have. Usually we will find it and remove it. If anyone has any concerns about a profile photo they encountered please send a message to support and they will look into it.

Also, we did have a quick bug the other day where pending photos would appear in peoples profiles before they would actually go through the approval process but that has been corrected.
