As i've always been trying to find myself a nice dominant lady but when i go out somewhere,lets say on a night out on the town.I just can't seem to find myself a suitable companion.So any input here from anyone would be of a great help to me thanks very much indeed.

You might want to find your local munches and become a regular member. http://www.drkdesyre.com/meetppl/orgs/orgs.html They are one activity that I do at least twice monthly.

Besides that, I'm to be found at bookstores, theaters- both movie and live, with my friends- either dinner out or at their homes, Dungeons or the beach. Look for signs that a woman is Dominant. It could be her body language or something as obvious as a tiny flogger on her key chain. (I have both a small flogger and a small whip on mine. My friends range from having floggers to bondage bears on theirs.)  Observe how she behaves when not at work. (Many, but not all, who are submissive in daily life are quite Dominant at work so don't judge by work behaviour.)

Really though, the only place I recommend trying to find a Domme real time is a kink location. There you only have to figure out if a woman is a Domme, sub or switch. You already know she has at least a passing interest in BDSM since she bothered to go to the event.
 
Also, you might want to select a different screen name. I personally wouldn't take mail seriously from someone with wanker in their ID. Good luck!

I like going to ball games, dinner, movies, shopping at the local hardware store, or a craft shop, & hopefully, more outings to the local munch.

Me? I like a nice dinner out, and then a play or a movie, and then, well, um, YOU know.... Ahem.

Some hang out online, others hang out in the guise of normal people. I agree that you ought to go to munch. Its always best not to assume, just because people are nice and polite does not mean they are submissive.

BeachMystress hit the nail on the head.  Though Dommes have vanilla interests, too, it is easier to find lifestyle people at lifestyle events.  Sure, We go to bookstores and the like, but unless I'm holding a book that is BDSM oriented, it might be difficult to tell the difference between Me and Jane Doe Nilla. 
 
I get to the local munch when I can.  My personal work schedule doesn't permit Me to go as often as I'd like, but I make something at least once a month.  The closest public dungeon is a couple of hours away, but I get there every chance I get.  When you want something badly enough, it's worth the trip.

I'm not sure what info the OP is looking for. 

By mature, do you coyly mean older, or do you mean mature in BDSM (which is subjective)? 
Do you want to know where dominant ladies congregate so that you can find them? 
Or do you want to know what we enjoy doing so you can propose a suitable date when you do find a lady?
