Ross,

I know the story of your spelling. You mention it often enough. That doesn't stop my mind from immediately assuming a child wrote the post- that's my issue, not yours, and I accept it as a personality flaw.

I apologize if I've hurt your feelings, but as you said, people are entitled to their own opinions.

Best wishes.

Try Firefox. There's an option to turn on spellcheck... which just saved me from writing "opiton" rather than option.

i, too, am sorry for my comments. i know of your spelling issue as well. what really gets me is, i've posted several times without mentioning the spelling issue, but i'm probably one of the few that has at least made an attempt (just to be helpful) to make the neccessary corrections. i'm wondering why nobody else has done the same?

I compose all I write in Word for two reasons:

1. I can correct spelling as I go
2. If I type it all out in the reply box and the post doesn’t make it through because of connection problems I have to type the whole thing again.

It’s simply not true that you can’t write things in Word and copy and paste them into the reply box.

If you use your mouse to highlight the whole text...or use ctrl + a, then you are able to copy by holding down the ctrl + c. After that simply ctrl + v to paste it within your regular document program and spell check it.

I found it wierd too how it tries to not let you copy...but know a way round most things to do with webpages and programs

every time someone picks on someone for spelling or grammar. I tend to wonder what kind of person they really are.. we all have faults some I bet more then others. do not see anyone on here with a Nobel prize in lit or doing anything that is a contribution to humanity other then picking  about little flaws people have. Tsk Tsk...

How many threads are you going to post that in, Latex?

And it's not necessarily "picking on" someone. Seeing as how this is an entirely written format, though, I applaud Ross for making an effort to make it easier for others to understand him.

*sigh*

I found the beginning of this thread interesting, until I realised that my idea of fun water play was way wimpier than the stuff being discussed.

I've never done tying up or breath play in water as BDSM (asthmatics tend not to enjoy that kind of thing too much, it can get very serious very fast.)

My experience of fun water play was when I had a fun day with my Dom and I took a bubble bath while he watched.  Pretty soon he was helping 'wash' me - he paid a LOT of attention to certain parts.  Very thorough.  Nice quality in a Dom.

Soaping, and stroking, and spanking, and exploring, and all those bubbles and slick wet skin....

Ok, pretty tame, I know, but it was a whole lot of soapy fun!

Folks?  Forget the spelling and typos and lack of punctuation.

You know how the net is packed with married men pretending to be single, kids pretending to be adults, creeps pretending to be Doms and jerks pretending to be human?

Well, it's also packed with people who can't type, spell or punctuate.  Expect it.  Then the few who are competent shine as precious beacons of civilisation in an ocean of darkness.  Swimming against the current will only exhaust you, and make no difference at all to the literacy level.

Yes, I'm in a Zen mood today.  Smiles and love, people.

i was going to say something, but, in light of things being said being labled as "picking on" someone (and having been picked on myself for a variety of things, i've decided to  bite my tongue on this issue.
