One the reasons these groups are not covered may be that they have been know to shoot anyone that approaches their bases.  Some of the rumors that continue about these security units is that they have shot and killed people as their convoys move down the road.  Also that when they approach a US Military check point they open fire and drive right through.

Hi SimplyMicheal.... i knew there were several private contractors in Iraq, what has really suprised me is the scale of it all.

Some people read more than others, from a wider variety of sources, and do not generally trust any set of information handlers they read without outside verification.

Having said that, I am sorry you have bought in to the Faux News, NeoCon, Halliburton, Blackwater, party line.

Some of us, both here on these boards, and elsewhere, knew about this sort of thing going on years ago and I, at least, have been continually insulted as a bleeding heart coward for presenting sources showing it.

There is a vast wealth of independent information about the situation in Iraq.

Free your mind, Neo.

All I posted, Politesub53, was that the information was out there to be gleaned with a little research, if one is so inclined to find it.

My point was that some who post here knew the scale of nuttiness years ago.

Sinergy, thanks for the reply.

Since you had quoted me i took the following comment to be for my benefit.

" Having said that, I am sorry you have bought in to the Faux News, NeoCon, Halliburton, Blackwater, party line. "

I am sorry if i got it wrong.

I`m not sure if anyone viewed Domiguys links. Since these private contractors are only meant to be guarding civillians and convoys. Its odd that they had a sniper on a roof shooting at anything which went past.

No harm, no foul, Politesub53.  It was not specifically aimed at you.  I feel a sense of shock and amazement at listening to former war zealots claim "OH MY GAWD, THE TRUTH IS SO HORRIBLE" after being trashed by these same people for months and years when I and others have been giving evidence as to the truth for all that time.

Was simply pointing out that some people (not you personally) took the red pill, and some people took the blue pill, only to discover that both pills led to the same place.

Thank you for the links and information folks.  I have heard a bit about this previously and my disgust with the situation only increases.

Nice, 45,000 guys making $1,000 a week or whatever they make paid for by the U.S. Taxpayer and Bush says we can't secure that Mexican border.
I'm just waiting for the spark that sets in motion the collapse of the Bush Dynasty.
