I met a guy from myspace not so long ago and he's only 25 which is rather young ot me..we both realize it could be nothing more than a friendship but friends are important, right? well..we went out to shoot some basketball for an hour and i'm totally wiped out

..I must admit, i did kick his ass but hell, I feel like I just ran a marathon lol...am i old? lol

That doesn't mean you are old. It just means he is in better shape than you are.

I've hiked mountains all of my life. A friend of mine from Ohio came to visit in California
one time. He hiked to the top of a specific set of falls I always hiked faster and quicker than I
ever have or could. He was in better shape...oh and by the way he was also a good 20 year's older
than I was.

He also ran 10 miles a day everyday. Me, I lift weights and do cardio. While I had it all over him in
the strengh category he had me in stamina.

I must say, i'm in better health than I have been in many years and the more weight I lose....the more energy I have! I walked almost 2 hours today and still have energy to do my housework

but i ain't doin it
