Also when I drive by a certain drug store there's these kids who hang out there all dressed in black with dyed black hair.
Anytime I drive by and they're there I put the window down and yell out, "Trick or Treat!" to them.

It's funny, they give me the finger and I point to my crotch!

I just wave back and pretend they're saying hi...and I yell back..."Hey...how the fuck ARE are you ???"

I have heard that the britches below the ass thing started in prisons.  It supposedly is how one lets others know he is "available".

For the OP, as long as there's security around, the trick is to grab the back of the waistband and snap it. Depending how stupid they are, they'll trip over their own droopy drawers spinning around to confront you.

If they manage to stay on their feet, say "Hey, nice panties!" and wander off.

     One of the younger cousins has learned to pull his pants up in a hurry when I enter the room.  If I can get two good handfuls of skivie, he won't forget that wedgie for quite a while...

when my daughter was in middle school, the assistant principal was MUCH against the fashion of "prove you're wearing underpants".

his habit was to lift the boys up by their beltloops, until they dropped back into their pants, severely wedged.  then ensure the belt was correctly applied, around the waist instead of the thighs.  funny, after a couple of times, the boys learned....

kitten, who actually witnessed this and hurt herself laughing....

Well Popeye, I used to be part of the Goth culture, and will still dress up to visit certain clubs. I don't have all that high and opinion of myself, but don't really feel overly ignorant, or stupid.
 
I don't think you would make fun of me though ... I'm sort of a cute Goth, all in all. [;)]

Being goth is a lot different than keeping your pants below your asscheeks.  Then again, that's my opinion.  I guess everyone would have their own, so who's to say what's acceptable or not.

I really do find it hilarious that so many here make fun of a certain group for their fashions.

Granted, there is a certain humour in rebelling by conforming to uncomfortable and inconvenient clothing, but at least that subset of society tends to accept that not everyone dresses like they do, unlike many here.

Yet we expect these people to accept that we like to get whipped??????

i don't care how people dress just so long as it's appropriate.  If you read my original post, i mentioned that this was out in public where small children were present and viewing all of this.  It is not acceptable to go around showing off your underwear to the point where your crotch is visible.

The hat on my avatar pic is a Stetson.
The other hat is a scally cap that I bought in Ireland.
So Caitlyn, tell us about this "Goth Culture."
They have their own churches and stuff like that?
And is it one of the rules that you have to wear all black and dye your hair black?

My sister would never let my nephew (17) out of the house dressed like that. Maybe he dresses that way when she isn't aware of it, but I doubt it. He's a really smart, and very respectful. I think he probably thinks people who dress that way look kinda stupid, even if he might not say so out loud.
