Does anyone knows who to take out ink stains on didos?

I have two dildos with stains: the first one i put it on a bag whith the rest of the bdsm stuff and now has a black stain since seem to be colored by the black ink of one of the whips.

The other one i use it, clean it and leave it in a brown coloured paper to dry, and now has this nasty brown stains :(

Both of my dildos are skin colored, so the stains are very visible. I dont know what to use to take them out, im afraid that if use some chemical i will blow up the smooth texture i think they call it "skin texture".

If it's latex, you can't get the stain out. Always set them on clear plastic when you're done.

I've had some success using rubbing alcohol on a stain. A sharpie that wasn't quite capped was loose in my bag o' tricks. They're already ruined so trying to use alcohol won't hurt. Otherwise I have learned to wrap in clear plastic wrap once cleaned and dried.

I used to work in a porn store & that would happen to the toys sometimes.....I have no idea how........we send 'em back, but eh, the color isn't stopping it from working!!!  [sm=smile.gif]

Stains on the dildos don't look good in a photo session....

Try goo gone, wd40, and rubbing alcohol.  Those have been the best I have found so far. Do make sure to thoroughly clean with soap and water and dry off as soon as you have used the other cleaners.

I'm thinking the toys you have are STAINED...for good.  How you clean toys is dependent on what they are made of; but a stain is a stain, is it not?
 
And now I remember why it is that I keep all such toys safely in ziplock bags; also nice when used to protect other toys if one needs to toss stuff quickly back into the toybag after use.  (of course the, the ziplock bags are a one-use kinda thang, in that case.)

A few of My flesh coloured strap on(s) are stained too. I just roll on chocolate flavoured condoms on, they are a dark shade of brown, so stain hidden [:D]

heh...Lady in Charge does the samething with colored condoms...then again She's a femme and has been bitching that we need a new one cuz this one aint "pretty" no more...lol

Dogpiling on the comments for using a condom on your toy -- it will protect you, and cover the stain.

my suggestion would be purchase a few silicone dildos.  They are a little more expensive, but they don't stain *at least I've not had that issue* and they are dishwasher safe, which will sterilize them.

Let's use the term "sterilize" properly, since we're potentially propagating misinformation to folks who may not know the difference.

To sterilize something, it needs to be done chemically (cold-sterilant for hard non-porous items like a surgical table or UV light), or through heat and pressure (preferably an autoclave.)  You're not really "sterilizing" rubber latex or silicone sex toys because they're not non-porous -- you're only ever cleaning them.  An autoclave will go to a temperature that is too hot for the Vixen dils (trust me, it's been tried LOL)  A dishwasher may not even be sufficient to clean sex toys if you've got no way to test the temperature of the water. 

A medical grade cleaning fluid (cavicide/madacide) after a hot soap and water scrub would do the trick nicely.  Ultimately, you want to be using condoms on toys that are being shared between persons because of the issue of material porosity.

If the stains don't come out, get some sharpies and go to town.  Make them multi colored, camoflaged, tie dyed looking.  Then who knew they were stained?  lol.  Lemonade from lemons.  Actually the lemon juice may bleach the stains...lol.

Up untill now the stain has  NOT been cleaned completely. Yet the best result i had was using  goo gone as suggested by  BossySSBBW, to whom im soo grateful. The dark purple stain as result from black whip, turn into light purple so at least its not that vissible.

Iv try  other substances including alcohol, but have no results. With this other substances dildo become rough and kind of dry, also  start loosing its softness. Thank good i first did this test in the base of the dildo and not in the tip :)

Iv read the silicone suggestion when buying dildo, but  i have check  doc johnson site and seems that the dildos they made for this WONDERFULL vac-u-lock sistem  its ony "polymelt rubber", they dont sell dildos for vac-u-lock sistem in other materials :(

As said before use goo gone and have good resuts, then wash the dildo with soap, and in order to prevent drying i put some silicone lubricant on it. I did choose silicone lubricant and no water based lubricant so the oil penetrated in rubber. Where i did this dildo didnt lost softness. 

You might laught but had good results using milk in removing ink stains in clothes, so i try  milk on dildos: has not effect at all :)

Im still thinking about  BossySSBBW second  proposal of making it multicolored: may be fun, will camouflaje stains and can also be a nice way to personilize my  toys :P
