One thing I do find frustrating when I go through these descriptions on collarme.com is finding out the potential slave girl already has a Master. Now in some cases this is understandable. The girl joined up just to interract with others in the lifestyle and maybe her Owner wanted her to do this anyway. But I am astonished by how many descriptions by slave women talk about their search for a "beta" or "additional" submissive/slave girl for thier Master. I just wish there was some way to find out who was ernestly seeking a Master without having to wade through all the slave girls who are already in service to someone.
Just had to get that off my chest.

I don't think wading through profiles is too much to ask. I mean, a little legwork is to be expected, isn't it? No matter how much we could fine-tune our search process, it would never be perfect. Besides, you never know when you might bump into a set of killer photos!

Surely we need a third catagory..for delicate flowers of submissiness who only grow in the hothouse of a Dominant's love and protection and who linger..waiting...for Him...keeping the corral ready for His white steed...and occupying themselves until He arrives by cultivating flowers from Shakesperean works and painting in watercolors.

It certainly would help a lot of people if there were a 'not looking' option. Not everyone here is here to find a partner or extra people to play with! I come here for the message boards...

... oh, and to play Tetris, if truth be known...

When I work on computers I sometimes use the acronym: RTFM which stands for: Read The Fucking Manual

People post their information for a reason. Although it would make it easier to browse profiles if we knew who was owned and who wasn't, reading the profiles isn't too much to ask. Is it? I like browsing profiles of people, owned or not. I am curious to see what people have to say.

I understand your frustration, since apparently you are searching, but as others have pointed out, many of the profiles are quite interesting to read. I have even written to some of those non-availables with no intent of striking up a life long bond, but simply because they have similar interests or appear to be someone I would like to know as a friend. I have even heard of instances where some of these type encounters actually work out for many people as a network contact. Although they may not be the one you seek, they may in fact know of someone who "fits the bill". I'm fine with having to read about others, it's just another form of information gathering to me.

I like reading the profiles and I have only been here a few days. Plenty of interesting people to get to know. I will be here for a long time

Besides as ScooterTrash has said it the best. You never know who you will meet and what kind of connections you can make. The BDSM community is it's own secret society. And I am sure that there are people around that you would want to meet.

The profile could be great yet it might not reflect the actual book that lies within the jacket...some might be better suited to bring a bit of objective honesty with them....

I personally would be in favor of:

"have issues and are windowshoppers timewaster cyber gurlz"

Not being too jaded am I?
