Hello People i recently lived out a fantasy of mine, with someone i met at a munch, im not going into detail lol. it is something that turns me on to hell but after doing it i felt bad, silly and kept thinking i shouldnt have done it. I still like the idea and would do it again, i just was wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them? thanks, mike

Hi mike, Sometimes our fantasies don't play out in real life like we think they will in our minds. You may have also experienced something called "sub drop", which is something that some subs experience after intense scenes. It's an emotional drop after having that endorphin "high" that occurs during a scene. Were you able to talk to your partner after the scene to discuss your feelings? Being able to communicate your emotions may be helpful for you. Be well, Julie

It's impossible to answer this question unless you explain what it was you did and why you felt silly about it afterwards.

ive just been reading up on sub drop (man thats a beat horse topic if ever there was one) i didnt relise that was what i was feeling so i wont go into anymore detail, last thing we need i another thread on it lol sorry and thanks for the input mike.

Something I call that's similar to sub drop is "morning after syndrome." It's not the same as feeling depressed, more just a waking up and realizing "I did THAT?" And yes, it's a common thing.
