I know the feeling.....I'm a peds home health nurse currently...also in school though, working on my MBA in healthcare admin. I'll be done in March.

I want chocolate. And McDonald's. And more chocolate. Large fries, chocolate shake. Oi.. a cheeseburger would be better than sex right now. Thick.. juicy.. pink and warm in the middle.. a pound of cheese dribbling off from under a lightly toasted bun..

I settled for a steak bomb with extra cheese and extra jalapenos from the local pizza place... Mmmmm... No, I hate Jerry Seinfeld... he's a talentless hack, IMHO... BSB.. nope.. McD's has to be grey all the way through.. I don't want some weird disease... but the cheese burgers we're having tonight will be juicy, pink and warm in the middle... ;;-)
