* AAAARRRRRGGGGHHHH * So when you're sitting on a departing plane, that's stuck on the ramp due to an APU problem ..then they say "we'll just add some oil", and they say "it won't start", and they say they're on the line with corporate maintenance, and they say they'll use the main engines to start the APU... the next 5 words you DON'T want to hear are: "Flight attendants, prepare for arrival and disarm doors!" And why didn't I take the afternoon flight (my usual cure for problems like this?) Because those rotten buggers wanted 3 times the airfare for just that leg. Argh. Now I have to be there by 5 am at the latest, since I have no seat assignment yet, and have to use the ticket counter instead of the kiosk.

awwwww, Thorny, I'm right there with ya......I'm not afraid to fly, but it's not the most popular mode of transportation for me.....I always get stuck next to the mother with the screaming child, or between two people who really should have paid for 2 seats......and don't feel that they have to restrict themselves to the area of their one......last time I went home, I had an elbow in my ribs for until I finally asked her to PLEASE stop trying to take up her seat and mine! And she had the nerve to act all huffy! For the next flight home, I'm aaaalllll the way in the last seat on the window side......I've noticed that for some reason, no one wants to sit back there....probably cuz the tail section always breaks off and blows up in a crash.....but what the hell......at least I'll be comfy, right? [8\|]

lmao yes sappa I have started working on the shell. I put a driverss side seat in today so now i can sit in it and go vroom vroom lmao. seriously though the new color matched dash should be here next month........woohoo. then it gauges time. weg
