Well, now the universe has tapped your shoulder a coupla times -- clearly dancing should be on your regular exercise menu . . . . .

I find it's a good way to work thru my feelings of being inhibited, too, in addition to its exercise value . .. . . I tend to get feeling kinda silly or awkward, especially at first . ....

& I have little hand weights . . . . I do this kinda slow motion 'tai chi' / 'boxing' looking stuff with my arms, gently working thru the full range of motions . . . . Always gentle, always low-key, always keeping it reasonably comfortable but looking to get that 'burn' on . . . . . .

& a lot of focusing on my breathing . . . . ..

It can get almost meditative . .. . .
