Hate those bone spurs. I have one in my shoulder as a result of breaking it about ten years ago. Every once in a while it'll rub against my rotator cuff. Ouch.

I've had EMGs done before but I thought it was kind of nice. I like the feeling of shocks and pin pricks... then again, I like the feeling I get from a TENS unit, particularly when the tech leaves me in control of how much intensity I give myself. Can we say, "eleven?" :-)

Bad pain is like that in my arm/shoulder.  Owie.  It ain't doing much for my endorphins right now.
