All the people I come in contact with suggest something like get ahold of you local community, well in NW Ohio, there really isnt a "local" community. In fact not a whole lot of people are into it, at least openly. I guess I could ask how to get one going... It just seems like if I do, Ill be the only member...

How close are you to Columbus? I met someone at Leather Retreat who runs a regular munch in that area.

I just want to get with people of my own age (18-25 Masters/Mistress/Subs/Slaves/and Switchs) Just a simple group to find people who are interested in the same things, and find one another.

Try google. I have no idea where Napolean, Ohio is, other than your comment that you are in NW Ohio. Perhaps you are not far from the borders of both Michigan and Indiana? Is Cleveland out of reach for you? Just put in The name of any major city you may be reasonably convenient to along with the acronym BDSM.
Sometimes one may have to drive a bit, but if you want to meet others, it seems there are some major metropolitan areas you could access.

Oh, sorry I didnt see this sooner, or I would have responded a bit more promptly. Im from NW Ohio too, near Lima. I know there isnt much around my area, but I do know of several groups in Dayton, and am also quite sure there is at elast one in Toledo. Would either of thsoe be useful for you?

Give me a little bit, and I'll get a link or two for you, depending on which you'd prefer

While not billed as a fetish or bdsm place, alternative (gothic, industrial) clubs tend to attract a lot of open minded, fetishy people 18 - 25 yrs old on average. You can tell by looking at the pictures in the photos section of this club in Detroit:
