If you are talking about the Alt.com Southern Room Munch, yes it has been meeting at The Sanctuary For Over 4 1/2 to 5 years now. The original founders or party host's Master E and YPM have been active and inactive on a non consistant basis for quite some time, and sometimes do not play well with others. But the group as a whole is pretty darn good group.
But before you start up a new group have you checked out all of the groups that are there? Let's see there is Alt.com Southern Room, DFW Power Exchange, NEALL (Size & Fettish Friendly Group), ALE Advanced Leather Education, TNG The Next Generationi, DFW Bound (Bondage), Wicked (Fem Dom/Mistress Group), The Bound Rose Society (Educational and Hands on Group), and there are also private groups for NLA Leather Men and NLA Leather Women just to name a few.
Have you checked with any of these groups to see if one of them fits?
Also before starting a new group have you checked with *s* at The Sanctuary to see if there is a open night for a new group to meet?
If non of the above apply, then by all means start a new group.
