Thats one option. IF you meet under fault pretiences and this person rejects you for lieing and for carrying on xyz length of time, you may loose any credibilty. If he thinks that you are more experienced than you confess here that you are, and he EXPECTS that, then you have met him under false pretiences and you get caught in your lie.

Look at it from this perspective. Would you really want to form a long term relationship with a man who loved you in every other way....but your oral skills were just a little lacking?
At least it's a skill you can improve. Imagine his horror in trying to uncomfortably confess to you that he's only 3.5" long. Would you still date him?
Some things we don't really expect to negotiate, until we're between the sheets. Some people will see that as being dishonest. Others would call it "taking your time to get to know them."
Personally, I don't care one way or the other about blowjobs.
